Stronger together: the duo profile
Do you regularly work with another provider? With a duo profile you present yourselves together on one shared page — with both your details, a custom description and a joint photo gallery. Clients find you as a duo and simply book each of you individually.
How it works
- Invite. Go to Duo profiles in your dashboard and choose the provider you want to form a duo with. They receive an email and see the invitation in their own dashboard.
- Accept. Your partner accepts (or declines). As long as there is no reply yet, you can withdraw the invitation.
- Set up together. After acceptance the duo profile is created. You can both manage the duo name (by default both your names), a custom description and the duo photos.
- Online. The duo profile gets its own address, appears on your individual profiles under 'Also bookable as a duo' and is found by search engines.
What is on the duo page?
- The duo name and your custom description
- Per partner: profile photo, verification badge, regions, profile details and a selection from the gallery
- The shared duo photo gallery
- Per partner a button to view the profile and to book — booking and payment always remain per provider
Conditions
- Duo profiles are a benefit of the higher subscription tiers. At least one of the two partners needs such a tier; the other may join in.
- If both partners lose the tier, the duo page temporarily disappears until one of you upgrades again — your settings are kept.
- Either partner can end the duo at any time; the page then disappears immediately.
- One duo can exist per pair. You can form duos with several different partners.
- The number of duo photos follows the photo limit of your subscription.
