1. The platform

The Art of Companionship is an intermediary platform connecting clients with independent providers. We are not a party to the agreement formed between client and provider; providers determine their own services, availability and rates.

2. Accounts

Placing a booking requires an account with a verified mobile number. Providers only become visible after approval by our team. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. We may block accounts in cases of misuse, fraud or behaviour that violates these terms.

3. Bookings and payment

A booking through the platform is a request; it becomes final once the provider confirms. Payment takes place directly between client and provider, unless stated otherwise. The rates shown are provided by the provider.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation policies may differ per provider; please discuss cancellations in good time via the chat. Repeated no-shows without notice may lead to account suspension.

5. Reviews and tags

Clients can give experience tags after contact or a booking. These must be honest and respectful; we may remove tags or accounts in case of misuse.

6. Liability

We strive for a safe and reliable platform, but are not liable for the performance of services by providers, nor for damages arising from arrangements between client and provider.

7. Changes

We may amend these terms. Significant changes will be announced through the platform. These terms are governed by Dutch law.
